As soon as you step into my waiting room you will see first hand that you are not alone. One in three women will experience incontinence or prolapse at some point in their lifetime.
My mission is to not only help women with pelvic floor disorders, but to increase the awareness, decrease the stigma, and empower women with high-quality information on this important area of Women’s Health. Pelvic floor disorders is a topic that deserves much more attention than it currently receives.
My approach has always been to inform and educate women with pelvic floor disorders about what is happening to their body and what options they have to improve their quality of life. These may include lifestyle changes, healthy habits, collaboration with pelvic physiotherapy or other healthcare providers, medications, medical devices, or surgical options.
